Foundation Year

Emmera Infra is established in Bengaluru by Tejas Gowda with a vision to deliver transparent, quality real estate to the Bengaluru homebuyer.

2013

First 25 Projects

Crossed the milestone of 25 delivered projects across North and East Bengaluru – earning our first industry recognition for quality and timely delivery.

2017

Expansion & Scale

Expanded into luxury villa development and interior design services, becoming a full-spectrum real estate solution provider in the city.

2021
